October 22: Comfort Kitchen

Join Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Ron Oliver for an exciting cooking demonstration where you'll learn to tips and tricks to a three-course menu. Then, enjoy a three-course dinner featuring the dishes prepared earlier alongside perfectly paired wines. Cost is $75 per person including dinner and wine pairings. The tradition of Restaurant Week continues at The Marine Room with a three-course menu featuring Macadamia Crusted Loch Etive Steelhead, Fleur del Sel Thyme Roasted Diver Scallops and Center Cut Angus Filet Mignon. Reservations are highly recommended.

Happy Hour

Sunday through Friday: 4 to 6 p.m.

Unwind at the end of the day with delicious local fare and the finest beachfront views at the Marine Room’s popular Happy Hour. Guests are invited to enjoy the sunset views from our comfortable lounge and explore our new gourmet small plate menu for $10 each and relax with a well cocktail or select global wine – just $8 each.
